I'd change it, you'll sound like a yoof doing twat laps. I overtook a car with similar exhaust out of a roundabout the other day (I hate it when that happens to me in the van) and he was trying his best judging from the racket. His noise combined with my quiet old camper made him look very silly I thought. 👍

Although I am not too bothered about the noise Sick Boy says mine has a great sound "a deep throaty roar" apparently that is a feature of a two into one exhaust his has a four into one. at least that is what fellows told him. what this exactly means I have no idea. I just drive the thing and fill it up with Petrol as and when needed.
Don't know what you've rigged up.

Then into the cat (to keep the lambda boss) then a straight pipe to the back box, crude but so far as only cost me £50. A better one will be sourced or made this winter.

I am not paying that for one. This will do for now until I find a piece of stainless to suit and I can chop the bean can off and fit a more "discreet" tailpipe.

I still need to fix my reversing light can you remember where yours is plugged into?

pkrboo I'm assuming it is connected on the gearbox end and I have the loose end in the engine bay - the loose end being the black wire with inline fuse that would have attached to the coil.

The end that attaches to the coil to provide 12volts you need to tap into the same ignition feed basically, it should be over near where the voltage regulator would have been

Or stuck it in reverse and then touch that wire to 12vokts to prove that will work

Matt why bother with the cat? my lambda is fitted into the exhaust pipe prior to the back box. I didn't bother with a stainless joby, just cobbled together by the guy who fitted it, not pretty but does the job, out of sight from the rear.
