I've trimmed the edge so the bed drops now, give you an idea of my plan, with the old interior once the bed was down we couldn't get in any cupboards, much annoying but due to me using kitchen units and having to go with doors being where they landed. So, I'm thinking of making 2 boxes/pods one will finish at the end of the bed when down and I'll put a drawer at the top so at least only 3/4 of it is blocked when in bed, then I'll make one a bit deeper to the size of the gap in front which will always be unobstructed, I'll come out a bit more with that one just to gain a bit more depth to it. I know there aren't many of us on here but any ideas would be taken on board.

I've had a go at working out what you want but I'm not sure if you're keeping any of the old interior to add to. Are you keeping the cooker/fridge/sink etc.

Excuse my shit writing and drawing but this is my rough idea! Is access from the top on low level unit next to bed? Yes, used to be from rear in old version which was a pain.

Excuse my shit writing and drawing but this is my rough idea! How does the table work when bed is a bench? Double passenger seat spins, usually use table there, probably get one on a moveable rail this time
