No it falls downhill to the grass but they have obviously done it a bit higher than it was where the slabs used to be. There's about an inch to the garage slab

It's good enough for me. Done my doors, lifted off and shimmed the hinges with washers and just planed the very corner of the 3/4 one.

It looks fine to me but then I'm not a tarmac expert with exceptionally high standards The water runs away from the house and it looks neat, I could have got cheaper I know cos I got 5 quotes, I researched them, they used their own guys/gear and they are local and been going years. I'm sure it isn't billiard table level but it looks ok to me.
