I too have always wanted one and a few years ago I looked at a couple. Problem was we needed to borrow too much money and the repayments wiped out the profits. If you use your own money it'd be great

I've always fancied owning one, in the right location they can pull in a fortune through the summer. My auntie has now got planning on that land we camped on, I always wanted to put a campsite on that if they never got planning

I reckon a boozer with camping out back is the way to go 👍🏻 & plenty of proper home made grub! We found a cracker when we went to Cornwall & spent 3 out of our 4 nights there, when the campings free we had no problem spending a bit more by eating and drinking in the boozer of an evening!

I know a mint pub with a camp site near Newark, have stayed there many a time, hook up if you want it and great food, we should sort out a camp there, £7 per night per vehicle, dogs and kids can run free it's ace
