Sold the fusion for the same money I paid, had so much work done on it (luckily for swaps not cash) and was offered a sale the day it came back from last repair, was great getting 50+ mpg and £40 for 400 miles, just filled van £83 and I'll get 600. On the plus side 1st camp of the year this weekend 👍 So where are you going?

That 80's weekend that supposedly has now been branded the "tlb spring camp" even though it was sorted on Facebook before adoption on there.

Crackin party wasn't it, I've never done a proper dress up themed party thing but quite enjoyed it!

Love the t shirt. Reminded me of a sticker book I once had.

Bit of an update. After buying a 2nd solar panel on a whim (too cheap not to) I finally decided to add it to the van, as I thought I'd never add another I had fitted my single 100w in the centre of the roof so I had to remove it, this has left a couple of silicone marks I've got to remove but I'll sort that eventually, it's also given me a potential charge controller issue which is the fact I'd purchased a 10a controller which was plenty for 100w but on a good day will not handle 150w, the 10a is an mppt which is a lot more efficient and expensive than a pwm controller but I've now purchased a pwm. The theory is that my limited research suggests that although less efficient with drained batteries the pwm is ok with just topping up, faced with the fact I'm driving the van daily and the split relay charges the leisure and starter I'm never flat so I'm doing a bit of a suck it and see approach and I'll find out during this year I guess, what appealed to me with this new controller was the extra outputs and the way I could switch them off, the display looks easy too and you tube vids on the whole seem positive. I'll keep my mppt for now just in case the pwm is crap but might sell it if it's worth selling to fund a bigger one.

I know what a solar panel is but what the hell are these acronyms?

Mppt-maximum power point tracking
Pwm- pulse width modulation
Mppt-maximum is said to be better than pwm

Thanks - I just used your descriptions to read about them on google.
As I'm not planning on fitting Solar I'll leave it at that, especially as the PWM v MPPT thing looks like it might develop into a "What Oil" discussion.
