A minor thing I've been meaning to do, when I first fitted the durite split charger all was well, whilst driving the starter battery charges and once full it let's some amps to the leisure one, makes a nice mechanical clunk which you can't hear when driving, However because it's dual sensing when parked up on hook up the leisure charges via a c-tek and once full it flows to the starter, that's all cool but if you're using the leisure it gets "confused" and trips in and out and if I'm having a quiet time the clunk annoys me so I've fitted a switch to break the earth feed to the relay then when onsite I can just charge the leisure alone. If we get to techenders I would quite like a bit of advice re my charging set up! I bought a piece of kit which sits between the leisure and van battery which is supposed to let the alternator charge leisure when van batt is fully charged and also charge van batt when leisure is full! Doesn't seem to keep van batt charged when in electrical hook up! Probably just needs somebody who knows what they are doing to have a quick look to tell me where I have gone wrong 😳

sounds like the same as i have, you'll always struggle a bit more though i suspect your alternator is a tiny amp thing... i'll have a look for you if you remind me.

If you want something comfortable to camp in, do what Lu says. Left to a bloke things tend to end up a bit "chequerplate".

Had a little job to do today, while the days have been mild but grim and damp I've had a soaking wet screen inside the van, mentioned it on the t5 forum and was told there's a pollen filter hidden under the kick panel passengers side which gets overlooked and if blocked will cause this. Date stamp shows it's never been out. (Jan 2012 and van is April 12) I've cleaned it best I can until I can get one. Might be worth having a look at mine as I've had to wipe the water from inside my screen a couple of times but then most of the time its fine!

It made no odds. Wet inside yesterday grr. Dry as a bone inside my quaint old banger. I'm guessing it was wet vac'd and valeted when it stopped being a lease van, it was too clean when I got it, from past experience that usually makes them steam up, that said it's been over a year. Could be due to the bulkhead being removed and condensation as the rear is insulated
