I've frozen my bollocks off changing the rocker cover gaskets for the second time in a month and the same side is still leaking, should I change the rocker cover, it looks ok but I don't know what else to do

Have you tried a smear of grease on the Barry, that works for us.
As you say, is the rocker cover sealing correctly I wonder?

Bazaa I may have a new set in my garage for type 1? They any good to you? Hi Ozzie 🙋 It's a T4 2-0 ltr, but thanks anyway,I'm going to try Ricks suggestion , I'm going to bend the iron clip on that side and maybe try some sealant, if that fails a new cover, or could it be the head,

Take the cover off have a look in the corners is the steel dead flat ? some of the new ones have a wrinkled corner and are a bugger to seal. As said good quality cork (soft cork that is ) are best not them with black specs /neoprene . the softer the better id say and nice tight bale arms .
