Don't fall over in shock but this is a technical sort of question!!!
I need to take a feed for the reverse lights, and connect via the Subaru switch, wiring is there I just need to connect up the 12 v source and then connect to the lights.
So my thinking is I take a feed of the alternator wire to provide the 12 volts, that way they only come on when the engine is running.
My thinking for this is partly lazy as the relay and fuse block for the split charge is in the same place at he connection for the reverse lights. Make sense?

Sorted it, use dthe same feed that the old reverse wiring did, ignition coil feed. Tapped into it with a. Fuse and all's good. Another thing ticked off. Just clutch to sort and coolant bottle and. Gear linkage and exhaust and kind a goodun.
