I need to replace the canvas on my Front hinged westfalia, who currently supplies the best Orange canvas with 3 windows in the UK. If you've had personal recent experience of fitting one please recommend me a supplier.

Sorry can't help but we managed to get a bargain for our front hinged westy roof from eBay, Mrs Robo managed to bid & win it which we fitted & was fine.
It wasn't until afterwards I read about people having issues with different suppliers etc. I reckon we just got lucky! Oh it wasn't orange tho!

Here's a couple of before & after pics... I did it myself single handed, most people on TLB who had done it advised taking the roof off except one person who is now on here I wonder if he remembers? So I took the bed out & did it with roof in situ. Tools required. Plus a lump of wood to prop the roof up 👍🏻

That'll be me. I've done several without removing the roof as there's no need to. Orange ones were always 3x the price, probably better canvas and proper zipped windows. The cheap ones, certainly at one point, had velcro to close the flaps - crap! Some didn't have side windows, some had side windows without flyscreen. So when buying I'd advise phone and ask lots of questions, there will be reasons why cheap ones are cheap. I think (10 years ago) only Go-Westy (??) sold the good Orange ones. Something with "Westy" in the name anyway.

It was indeed Mr Z, I recall everyone saying remove the roof but I would of needed helpers to do that and I didn't have any so tackled it alone, I do believe it was more of a fluke that i managed to do it though & got lucky although it was probably a little tight I had no intention of removing all those staples again
