So what would you be doing if you weren’t locked down?

So what would you be doing if you weren’t locked down? Slightly wider ranging pottering and very occasional weekday camping on the spur of the moment. I reckon I'd have been twice by now if I'd survived the first attempt but on a normal year just once. So in truth, not a lot different and I've done a few things I wouldn't have done otherwise too. Mustn't grumble too much.

Hope you’re well Bob and same to the mrs. I’m working and have been all the way through this. At first things were quiet but it seems almost back to normal out there now for me. Think people have come the end now. I’m missing the social contact. Camping sounded a good idea when we get back to some normality

Camping sounded a good idea when we get back to some normality Yeah, I suppose it’s been a different lockdown experience for many of us. I go out once a day for a bike ride and other than that I’ve been nowhere. We’re even getting our shopping delivered. I think my new ‘normal’ when I go out eventually will be just telling everyone to “Piss off, you’re too close to me”. I’ll need a good cure or vaccine before I start to be relaxed in public around others. Fucking virus. 🤬🤬

One of my sons was involved in developing the vaccine in Oxford. He's now moved to another project, trying to identify why some people are affected much worse than others, as his work was done when they started human trials. He's pretty optimistic that it'll be ready for full production septemberish.

I’m up for it Woody, although camping for me over the last couple of years has been a bit thin on the ground. Last time I camped was in the hymer at Keith’s field, think it was last year but may of been the year before. Hope you are well fella
