It's getting the chop this evening so it fits between the box rails, needs about 30mm of. I presume you'll be in your full safety gear of open-toed sandals and shorts. Dare I ask what you're going to chop it with?

You have really let the side down there, you've forgotten to take the safety guard off the disc cutter!

Guard? I thought that was optional how are you supposed to fit big discs with that?

You have really let the side down there, you've forgotten to take the safety guard off the disc cutter! I do deadly beg your Holinesses forgivenesses , I have lost my way and need the guidance of a high power to straighten my path to the righteous way of the DiY (Damage in Yourself ).

Looks low enough to plough. Time will tell, but at 25€ and a my time carrying some 8x4 sheets up stairs for the chap that did the engineering of it it's no loss if I end up buying a proper job.

It just looks way to long, why the box section extended bit? Will make for a bouncy ride and high front if not loaded well

Will make for a bouncy ride and high front if not loaded well It came off an earlier sprinter, we've shorten it and cut bits out so it fits. I'll look at the box extention and maybe remove it as further the hitch point from the axel more the wobble.

Its OK I survived the chainsaw today so I'm thinking my luck is in and can play with the grinder.

I'm not certain you're supposed to 'play' with grinders...
