Quite interested in modding somthing so i dont have to drill the front. Can drill deformation or possibly bumper but even if i mod or copy it its a good atart possibly.

Some types do fit to the bumper with a small steadying fix to the grill but no panel holes. Your ideal mount is out there somewhere.

NLAVW. 4 bolts through front panel and 2 through top of bumper. No rivnuts as captive nuts on spreader plates between air box and front panel. Fiddly but definitely doable if I managed! Regards Bertie

Great pics thanks. Assume the spreaders are the two bars ive seen and that they go inside. Makes sense to me now. What sort of gap is there between the bottom of the wheel and the bumper please?

Great pics thanks. Assume the spreaders are the two bars ive seen and that they go inside. Makes sense to me now. What sort of gap is there between the bottom of the wheel and the bumper please? Yes, with the bars I loosley attached the lower outer bolts as they are easily accessible behind kick panels. I then used these as pivot points, arcing the bars round behind the air box until an assistant could then screw in the top bolts. Like I say fiddly but I don't plan on doing it very often! As for the gap, it is damp and dark out there and the bus is up tight against the doka, but I reckon about 50mm. Certainly plenty of room to get the cover on. Regards Bertie the Bus

(sigh) Dug the pics out and printed them off. Am going to see what i can get done after christmas i think. Its nice and simple really but needs to be done right or it wont fit. Think i migh have it sitting on. The deformation panel instead of the bumper so might mock one up first.

I had one on the front of my old late. When I came to take it off, I found it was held on to the panel with woodscrews. Top job.
